Refund and Returns Policy

At Paobike, we are dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality ebikes and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the ebike must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. This means that it must be free of any scratches, dents, or signs of wear and tear. Additionally, the ebike must be returned in its original packaging with all of the accessories and documentation that came with it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend that they use a trackable shipping method to ensure that the ebike is delivered back to us safely. Once we receive the returned ebike, we will inspect it to make sure that it is in the same condition as when it was sent to the customer. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund within 10 business days.

Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, testing, cleaning, and repackaging the ebike, as well as any other costs associated with processing the return.
